Re: a true summer Iris

 

The flowers will last a couple of days, but the bloom season will last a couple of weeks.  It's fun having an iris blooming on the 4th of July!  :-)

      That sure is a pretty thing.  How long does it bloom?  Today, I had first flower open on Iris x norrisii.   Also, we had a much needed Thunderstorm today.
