SV: bloom 2014

Hi Jim,

I am growing oncocyclus and regelia species in pure grit, planted along a south facing wall. They are covered against rain in the summer and winter.

Med venlig hilsen / Kind regards

Hello Lars,

Well I will have to look into getting a little more adventurous in my Iris selections I think.

Thanks to both you and Sean.

Those are beautiful, Sean.  Wish I could grow something similar here.

Thanks for sharing.

And some Oncocyclus: iberica ssp. lycotis and paradoxa f. atrata. The latter is difficult to photograph - in shade or on cloudy days it looks as it does in the photo, but in full sun the standards appear as dark as the falls so the entire flower is satiny dark purple-black.
