Ummm... mine were 276K, 300K, 300K, and 420K.  They were reduced significantly before sending them.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think these are reasonable file sizes.  Reducing them further would make them postage-stamp sized on some people's computers.  However, you are correct - it's just as easy for me to post them on the web as to send them via email, so I'd say that's a reasonable compromise.

PLEASE reduce the size of your photos to - say - 100K or less. They can look just as good as the larger size files. There is no need for such huge files (unless requested). Perhaps a link to a large photo would be sufficient.
