Dennis, The dimensions are good. How much JPEG compression are you using? I think it should be possible to compress the picture you sent to below 100K and still have them look good. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think these are reasonable file sizes. Reducing them further would make them postage-stamp sized on some people's computers. However, you are correct - it's just as easy for me to post them on the web as to send them via email, so I'd say that's a reasonable compromise.
