Hey Buddy it's nice to see fulva already, it must be in a happy spot in the ditch.
Doesn't fulva flower earlier then most hybrids or indeed any of the other species of LA's?

I've never heard of Dollar Weed, I take it you are referring to the hydrocotyle? 
That's the interesting thing about common names, they are only common locally.
