Re: First Bloom of the year


Here in Michigan the only species I've got putting on active
above-ground growth is I. tuberosa (Hermodactylus), and probably only
because it's planted right up against the house. This was its fourth
winter in the ground and from the look of things it may finally bloom.
The earliest reticulatas and junos are still several weeks away from
flowering at best.
