Well, definitely not here, Jim.  Probably at least another month yet, but I do look forward to it.
 
Jim in Saskatoon where it is definitely sunny and about 28 F, but not spring yet.

Well, kinda sorta. The first warmish sunny day in months arrived today. 

Three species of crocus opened at least one flower. Total of around 50 flowers. 
Iris reticulata is jumping out of the ground and should begin flowering early next 
week. At least a couple Juno iris are up, but only about an inch. So, is it spring yet?
