It appears as though this applies to hybrids of pseudacorus as well, though the law allows for the state to exempt specific cultivars provided that they're sterile or that scientific analysis suggests they won't become invasive. So the sterile Eyeshadows may be allowed, but not tetraploid pseudatas or something like 'Holden Clough' that regularly produces viable seed. For the moment, the practical application is that you don't have to get rid of your plants, but you can't give them to others or allow them to escape to the wild.
