Iris setosa / I. hookeri


yes, I. hookeri is what i meant ... i kept thinking something was 
wrong about halleri but was too lazy to get and look in the books!  
Thanks for the correction.

so, if I. hookeri is not used anymore to denote the short forms, then 
is is just that I. setosa is considered to nave a wide variation in 
height and is otherwise all to be grouped in one species?
