One day should be enough. As you are removing peel, no need for
inhibition removal, as it is in seed coat.

So I'm preparing 10 month old TB seeds for embryo rescue by soaking
them in warm water with a small amount of detergent added. I'll change
the water at least once per day. How many days is enough to rehydrate
them? I'm guessing 4?
