Re: Tectorum X bearded update

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. And silver would
be fine with me too -- actually, anything but another
purple would be great.
By the way, you inspired me (the part about the
details) to throw together a slide showing the
parentage of the more interesting seedling.
Unfortunately, I didn't have any images of 'Kupari' or
the white tectorum, so I digitally whitewashed images
of a purple (cengialtii x Kupari) pallida seedling and
a blue/purple tectorum. If you look close at those two
images, you'll see that the flowers are just black and
white images on a colored background. But at least
they get the point across (colorwise).
I'll keep you posted.
By the way, I'll attach a picture of my first tectorum
X bearded ('Flying Dragon'), in case you hadn't seen
it before. Hopefully, if it multiplies OK, it'll be
available from Iris City Gardens in the future.
