Re: Jack Finney

Jack,
Welcome aboard. I live too far south for most types of Irises. I have two types of Iris virginica, one lone Siberian Iris, Iris domestica and Iris x norrisii, Iris tectorum, and the bearded species Iris albicans. Shown with this message is Iris albicans.Â
Also, I have a few Irids. Growing here are two species of Dietes, several types of Neomarica, one type of Trimezia, Sisyrinchium angustifolium, and Aristea ecklonii.

Hi,

Rod said to introduce myself. I live in Roseburg OR and have a day job that interferes with my gardening.

My passion is diploid bearded irises. I have an extensive collection of them that include species, MTBs, and antiques.

Â

I grow a lot of other irises too: ÂTBs, spurias, foedessimas, and LAs.Â

Lee Walker has been my mentor.Â
