Your instincts are pretty good. All of your unknowns appear to be Siberian
seedlings... probably from modern cvs.
You can save the seed for at least 4 years without losing much viability.
When you settle down, just plant the seeds about 1" deep at the end of the
growing season and let Nature do the work of stratifying them for you.
