Touchy specie

I have decora, milesii, innomata and tenax specie plants. Currently 
the plants are in a seedling frame. I want to move the plants to 
make room for other things. I intend to place them into a backfilled 
topsoil rich bed. I'm in zone 7 and last year the coldest we were was 
+3 degrees. Am I safe in leaving them outside. 

The i. confusa I will pot up and bring inside
