I live in San Juan Capistrano (southern California). Navajo Jewel is a bit
inconsistent. Epicenter is extremely reliable out here, but not a
rebloomer as far as I know. Rock Star, however, has bloomed almost
constantly for me this year (nice, if you don't find the fact that it
really should be a BB). Chatter reblooms occasionally; Floorshow more
often but not as pretty. Lots of Byers things are dependable rebloomers
out here.

Where are you located? I'm here in Myrtle Beach SC and Navaho Jewel
hasn't formed stalks yet (almost everything else TB has, excepting also
Dracula's Shadow, Continuity, Lullaby of Spring, Pink N Mint and Edith
Wolford.) And hasn't EPICENTER been known to rebloom now ans then?
