All you Region 4 people, be sure to read what Bill Smoot says about the
program for our regional -- and I feel sorry for you folks who can't make it
-- and even if you are from another region, I'm sure they would be delighted
to welcome you. We will be back from National just a few days -- just long
enough to do the wash, walk thru our gardens, and pet our animals, and start
off again! This will be the 3rd time I will have heard Bill Shear - He's a
polished lecturer(after all he's a college professor) with beautiful slides,
and you'll learn things you didn't know about irises and what would be good
or not good next to their abode! (I always resent anyone interrupting him
and holding forth, for fear there won't be time to hear what Bill has to say
- but he's always gracious and seems to welcome feedback!) And, as for
Roy,(another college professor) his judges training is the epitome of
perfection - no matter whether it is the first time for you or whether you
are experienced as a judge - you just feel inspired to do better! You don't
want to miss that either! And there are other "goodies" to make their
meetings special and worthwhile -- so read what Bill Smoot says! Rosalie nr

members are a wide variety of differences, fairly congenial, but not dull!
