Yes. But the resulting seedlings are likely to be triploids and sterile.

In all these cases, expect a range of different plant types in the seedling
row; you will have to select carefully to get ones that are a good example
of a particular class (IB, MTB, BB). And since most will be sterile (if
diploid MTBs are used), it will be difficult or impossible to go another
generation to get better conformity to a particular class.
