Hi Ginny,
I've got Dietes started (not bicolor but will have to look at the tag again.)
Soaked mine for about a week then planted in potting mix. Slow to germinate but it looks like they're all going to pop up!

Just received some Dietes bicolor "yellow wild iris" from Cape Town. Do
they have to be soaked to get rid of germination inhibitors before
planting? Neither of my general books mention dietes.
