It's always a good idea to feed Louisianas just after blooming if you are
growing them in a light sandy soil.  If the soil is heavy and rich in OM it
is not neccessary.

Seeing bloomstalks emerging now on my own Louisianas--looks like they will
overlap the TB season considerably!

Four cold rainy days have brought rhizome rot to crisis proportions amongst
the TBs.  Bloomstalks are being lost.  In contrast, the beardless types are
loving it!  But now I see blue sky up above--Hallelujah!

AND the frame for the new greenhouse goes up today.
