For us Australian DB users, it would then cost $40, and then only if it can 
be paid by visa. It starts to look like a lot of money on a per year basis, 
so I'm sure people would just pool their resources and pay only one user fee 
for several users. Easy enough to get someone to look stuff up for you, and 
pass it on. Many of the people involved in irises (here at least) are 
retired, and are therefore likely to be more penny pinching, out of 
necessity.
I don't see that it is really necessary to test the limit that the market 
will bear on something like this.
