For some time they were out of print, but my understanding is that they are
again available from the Royal Horticultural Society in the UK. Rather pricey
as I recall hearing from someone.... maybe Ian.... the figure which sticks in
the mind is about $150.00 for the set.

Perhaps someone on our list in the UK will kindly provide more information.
