There are no descriptions for brown colours -- Sharon or
others, is this correct? <
The brown group consists on only 4 chips [200A through 200D] and the
booklet gave no names for any of them. The names came from previous
reference systems, typically with fewer colors -- so if a predecessor had
no equivalent color, the R.H.S. has no name to cite.
The following are NOT official, but merely my own solution to writing
descriptions involving brown:
200A Brownish-black. This is very, VERY dark. Looks black by itself,
but distinguishable as brown if placed next to true black. Most often
found in beards. Sometimes in signals or veining.
200B Dark Chocolate.
200C Chocolate
200D Milk Chocolate
The latter three often appear as dotting or veining on arilbreds, as well
as beards.
