I can't tell from the booklet. It provides correlations with four earlier
systems in addition to the measured C.I.E coordinates. They are:
H.C.C. Horticultural Colour Chart
B.C.C. British Colour Council Dictionary of Colour Standards
C.C. British Colour Council Dictionary of Colours for Interior
Decoration
Nickerson Nickerson Color Fan
C. I. E. Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage
