Dear Jim, since you say you are new to this, I would like to make an urgent
suggestion. From your email no one could tell what state you live in, nor
your USDA zone. It would facilitate assistance to give you supplier names
near you if we had a clue as to where you might live and what zone. Granted
that the USDA gives only temperature clues, and that is not the whole story,
but it is a help. Notice that the better communicators give these bits of
information everytime they sign off.
The person who can give you the most HIPS information is HIPSource@aol.com
Are you going to the HIPS convention in Syracuse - there you will meet other
enthusiasts. Check the AIS BULLETIN for details - also the HIPS publication.
