The Magic Markers that we have been using for many years--are now changed
and the ink is no linger 'indelible' and last forever--this was told to me
by a representative of their company--if you want to use an 'indelible'
ink--you have to purchase their new pen--
I have used the Magic Marker for years, and found:
On plastic venetian blinds--it will fade slower if you face the writing away
from the sun-- try using regular lead pencil on the blinds--really lasts!
I cut strips from sour milk-yogurt-cottage cheese-containers--use magic
markers and if you stick the name end down in the ground--even 10 years
later it can be read--
Last year I started using the Brother Label maker for our club garden--and I
was more concerned with being able to read the labels from a standing
position--without having to bend double 'cause the printing was too small--
I did about 700 labels--put the last ones on in a snowstorm--and this
spring--they look great!!
