Try freezing the pollen a day or so after it has dried. I have not
found the above problem with anthers that have been frozen and
then allowed to thaw for about fifteen minutes before use. The
stamens are easy to handle and the pollen is 'fluffy.' Just today, I
used most of the pollen I had frozen from SATAN'S MISTRESS,
which bloomed three weeks to a month ago.
