AIS: help - show insurance

At our meeting last night, I was asked to find out about insurance for
our show May 5. I hunted thru the archives and found a post from Gerry
Snyder from last year - is Michelle Snyder still the person to contact?
I sent a note to Gerry, but don't know if he reads his mail regularly or
even if the E-mail address is still the same. I haven't a clue what I
need to do.
Our show will be in a mall and they have a form requesting:
general liability insurance of $250,000 for injury or death to one
person,
$500,000 for one occurence, and property damage limits of $250,000 or a
comgined single limit of $1,000,000.
Is this something we do thru AIS? If so, what do we need to do?
Murphy's Law - of course the mall wants the form a month in advance,
which means it's due today. Fortunately, they apparently are not
holding us to that deadline.
