AIS has insurance through Rodman Insurance.  It can be reached by e-mailing 
to:    rodmanins.com

Just tell them you are an AIS affiliate and need a Certificate of Insurance, 
giving them the name of the mall company, address and dates.  They can mail 
it to your address or fax it to you.  They generally respond quickly.  The  
agent there who handled for our Tucson club was Steve Shulman.  Good luck!
