My observations agree with the last line. No treatment, to my knowledge.
Only time heals and it doesn't seem to be contageous. One side of IDOL (2000
purchase) is affected while the other side grows normally. Don't remember
seeing it be one-sided before, but it's been several years since I had a
case.
Good tip about cutting off the foliage to conserve energy. Hadn't thought
about doing that.
