Mike G. Isn't it amazing at how little we know when we start and how
well we do!! And the exictment is so rare. I remember the first iris
meeting we went to, they mentioned that pine needles were just awful to
use as a mulch, we sank down in our seats and listened, rushed home and
plotted on what to do with all those needles we had hauled down from
high Sierra's cabin and spread so carefully around our iris,they had
been there for several years with no apparent damage done, but these
were iris experts we met and they knew what they were talking about!
