I tilled some alfalfa pellets into a couple of new, small beds last
summer, but I know the deer would quickly dispose of any pellets I might
attempt to apply as a topdressing. Would an alfalfa tea be of comparable
nutritional benefit without promoting either mold or leaf spot? Recipes,
anyone?
