Debi,
Jeff Walters gve you some good links about the various Zones. Some
of the links take into account that the eastern parts of a USDA Zone is very
different from the same Zone in the west. I am in a USDA Zone 8b Climate in
Florida, which is very different from the same thing in California. I am in
Sunset Zone 28, and Heatzone 10.
