TB Blue Mold?

Hi all,
I'm new to this list and new to Iris. I have maybe 30 TB varieties. I live
in central Va. and this has been a dry spring so far. It looks to me like
some kind of blue mold (can wipe off with my finger) is attacking my plants.
The leaf will turn off in some strange direction or pull in like an
accordion. Close examination, Held up to a bright light, shows a
deterioration in the internal cell structure. This deterioration continues
until the leaf is not strong enough to hold its self upright. By this time
(bacteria )? Starts to invade the break in the leaf, and the top of the
rhizome, and causes it to rot away. Please save my flowers!
