I have something similar in Excel, Laurie.  I refer to it often, when the
subject of survival comes up.  It also allows me to keep track of the
supplier, whether it's commercial, or a dear friend.

My file, even compressed, prints on 15 pages, which I take outside and mark
whether something survived or not, and if it bloomed in the current year.
