I don't think you would get arrested, prosecuted, fined, and do
jail time for having horns on your iris <G>.
I am not a judge, but from what I have seen in my limited experience
at shows, it will probably depend on the judge. Assuming that it is
indeed CC, I wouldn't think you could be marked against for how it
was grown--culture having little to do with appendages. On the other
hand, stalks are judged by what is typical for that particular cultivar....
