SPEC: Junos & Cretensis

My first outdoor irises began blooming this weekend... Juno/Iris
bucharica. I've also had Iris cretensis blooming since March 1st,
growing in a pot indoors. My outdoor cretensis has survived the
winter but shows no sign of blooming. This was the first I tried
growing some outdoors. I had no idea they were cold hardy until I
read about it on here last fall. Can the MDBs be far behind?
