We were very lucky here in Dallas.  We had our last freeze in mid Feb. which is most unusual.

We were very lucky this year in Dallas.   The average last freeze is March 15, but this year
the last one was mid Feb.   We had to set our show date early so as not to conflict with
the AIS convention in Austin, and as it turned out we had very good bloom and even 11
LAs in the show.   I went to see Tom Burseen's garden yesterday and it was solid bloom.

Our show in Las Cruces, NM was also this weekend.  Are you guys in  Dallas 
having the problems we are having?  We have been having lots of cold  nights and 
warm days.  Most people hardly have anything.  It was a  thin show this year. 
Except for me.  I had lots blooming.  I  can't figure out if it was because 
I have lots of rebloomers or because I have  security light in the back yard 
and a street light in the front.  Even  people only a few miles away only had a 
few  blooming.

meeting about a week  before the show so that folks could see our best blooms 
(LOL).
