Near total wipeout here this year, other than those in pots that were in my living room and kitchen and a few in the yard protected by high tree canopy or close to the house.

Out in the open field, these are the ones that have managed to keep buds alive and have gone on to open what look like normal blooms - IMMORTALITY, VIOLET MIRACLE, GOLDEN IMMORTAL, some of RENOWN stalks, seedling from IMM X CELEBRATION SONG (garden name 'cloud shadows'), seedling from VIOLET MIRACLE X EASY LIVING, 2 seedlings from VM X PAGAN DANCE, seedling from DUSKY GRAPE X TWILIGHT FANCIES, surprised by this one -several seedlings from 'cloud shadows' X ABOUT TOWN, seedling from BELVI QUEEN, a few seedlings from GOLDEN IMM, RIO, & MATRIX mix, one from RENOWN, MATRIX, CELEBRATION SONG mix.

There are a few more I can't think of right now. Hope this is helpful for any of you working on late freeze tolerant lines.

A lot of the usually reliable cultivars didn't make it - TWILIGHT FANCIES started blooming before the freeze, went down, looks like HoM, other than a clump down near the barn, got zapped, PERFUME COUNTER, all of Betty's, the rest of Lloyd's, MATRIX might make it. Maybe Bill Grise's UNBELIEVABLE LOVE will send up a rebloom stalk next month :-(

Linda Mann east TN zone 7b, definitely the iris 'vale of despair' this year!
