Ginny --- digging up the sibs now. Roots not really established here.
(*^ fuzzy tailed things have dug up several -- But those won't bloom this
year I bet. It seems the roots aren't established yet. Maybe you could
stick your garden fork under them to loosen the soil and pull the grass out.
Down here right now, the grasses roots are shallow, also, and if I weed
today -- real soon before the grass really gets going -- I can kind of rub
it right out. The long runners are a little more difficult, but not much.
Then, after you loosen the soil, add the nutrients and they'll think you
meant to give them all that care. It's still early enough if they don't
get dried out -- seems to me in Buffalo, NY
