If you have web access, I suggest you take a look at the three web
pages devoted to irises. Mine is at http://www.rt66.com/~telp/garden.htm,
and it has links to the others. I may make up a short file on some of the
terminology for posting to the list, if time permits. But in the meantime
it's all on the web in nice detail.
