Re: Problems (slugs & snails)

Ellen __ I hope you will post the info on slugs and snails to the whole 
list.  I'd like to see what you have to say.  My favorite remedy is gruesome.
Take a salt shaker, put a few grains in yur hand, one or two grains on each
slug dehydrates them.  I don't think that tiny amount of salt harms the 
plants or soil.  If I can, I toss them on a rock and the birds happily eat
them.  Now, I'm not a violent person.. see.
