Yu expect a BRIEF answer?  It's not retail.  You get to pay less if you
spend more.  It's the GREAT SEARCH for Americans.  There's a line in some
play I never pay full price -- BUT SHAME ON YOU that's not an iris question.
but it IS if you are a retailer and sell iris at your nursery and can produce
a vendor's number or something official that the wholesaler will take so that
he can make a profit along with you when you sell your wholesale IRIS!
