Getting acid in the soil is natural process here in Sweden, the whole
country suffers by it. Mostly we get it from air pollutions from abroad
combined with our sensitive soil, its often gets to much acid.
(Part of my garden under a couple of pines is down to PH 4)
Its a steep slope with morain turned against the south and very dry on
the summers. Is it possible to plant Iris there??
The spring has arrived here at the middle of sweden, and only one month
late. My first crocuses are flowering now (cream beuty), and were having
another sunny day with 50 deg F.
