Spring has sprung?

Finally I think spring has arrived? Have had highs in the lower 40's
for the past couple of days (nights below 30 though) and the promise of
high 40's today. Have new growth starting on bearded iris...japs and
sibs are only a couple of inches out of dormancy. Doesn't seem possible
that our iris show is only 6-7 weeks away; hope I have something in
bloom to take! Our local society is having a meeting this weekend and
we are having Riley Probst as a speaker on Reblooming iris...can't wait
to hear what he has to say on the subject. Hope the glimmer of spring
is close to all...
