Jeannie's bio; patience

Welcome, Jeannie!

:I have a lot to learn about
:the science of gardening -- I especially need advice on cultivating
:patience -- (I'm ashamed to admit that I actually dug up a begonia tuber
:last year to see if it was *ever* going to sprout,-- how embarassing,)

My solution is to have something happening in the garden during every
season of the year. It's a lot easier to wait for the iris if I can
convince myself that daffodil bloom is a big event. ;)

Eventually gardening can draw you into a yearly rhythym instead of a
daily one...that's nice.
