Hi Scott:
I'm going through all the mail that I blew past during the last two weeks
while I was otherwise occupied, and I found your original letter that I
didn't see before (got a copy of your memo through someone else...that's why
I couldn't find the address).
ANYWAY
If you wouldn't mind giving Terry a message from me....
We had our spring Board meeting for Region 2 on Saturday. Despite my
reservations, our Board has voted to host a HIPS convention in the year 2000
in the Albany & Syracuse areas.
My questions are:
1. Are mini-conventions sponsored by the Region or by the Section?
2. Any idea of the relative sizes (number of members) for HIPS, the SSI and
SJI?
3. Has there ever been a cross-region convention?
If you'd pass that along for me, I'd appreciate it. Actually, I'm closing
the barn door after the horse has loooooong gone... but I'd like to know the
above for my own information.
