Ordering Iris ?


	This is not specifically for my benefit but for all of us who are
	new to the iris "hobby"...I still consider myself  novice after 
	four years.

	I think it is still a question that has not been answered:

	  Why wouldn't someone register an iris that he/she would be putting
	into commerce?  Is it not "cost-effective" or does one have to wait
	and see if the cultivar is fertile, consistent or what?
