On the subject of identification and mapping, does anyone know of any computer
programs they could recommend that are garden-specific? We are currently using a
database program, word processor and a spreadsheet to track our beds, orders,
etc.
The tags we like best are those metal tags from Eon Industries (Liberty Center,
OH) marked with a Listo pen. These seem to last indefinitely although we are
experiencing some rust on the stakes,. We have used laundry markers (Sharpie
permanent markers) on plastic, which fades rapidly, and the aluminum embossed
tags, which we find clumsy to use with the wires, difficult to write on and
sometimes hard to locate.
Thanks to those of you who requested our catalog...it went into the mail April
24. We have lots extra if anyone else needs one.
