Karin: Just one further note on Emeritus Judges.  The Emeritus judge by the
very nature of his standing may or may not judge shows as he/she sees fit.
 Any Judge who has achieved such a status is relieved of that responsibility.
 All other judges must continue to judge, offer training, etc. if they wish
to remain a Garden Judge or an Active Master.  If you choose to not judge
and/or continue to receive training you are dropped from the rolls of active
judges.  Poorly explained, but I'm sure you get the point.
