For species seed, try the Species Iris Group of North America (SIGNA)
which has a sale of seeds from ALL OVER THE WORLD in December/January.
If interested, contact me for the address.  This sale is their major 
fundraiser and you are urged to buy (at extremely low prices) and to donate
seed.  Seed can be shipped internationally where plant material cannot 
very easily.  Some folks on this LIST do donate to their sale  and many
more, no doubt, buy seeds.
